About Jon Paramore:

Jon Paramore’s story is built on experience, adversity, growth, and a willingness to keep going. He began his career as the Director of Marketing for a developer in the St. Louis area, where he was inspired by successful contractors. At just 22 years old, Jon left marketing to start his own contracting business — and soon learned firsthand what it takes to survive the challenges of entrepreneurship, including navigating the 2009 recession.

Those experiences changed the way he looked at business.Instead of focusing only on profit, Jon began putting more energy into mentoring and training others, developing better sales methods and helping hundreds of entrepreneurs move away from inefficient practices like door-knocking and cold calling.

Today, Jon is a practical, results-driven speaker who combines his own entrepreneurial journey with proven business strategies to help others grow, lead, adapt, and succeed.

Charlie started Beis Plumbing alone in 2015, spent years living off credit cards while building the business, worked out of his dining room, and today leads a 30–40 person team with an 8-figure business. He’s also an active voice in the St. Louis and Missouri business community, speaking at chambers of commerce, networking events, and entrepreneurial forums.
